DISRPT Symbosium

Unreleased proposal for Disrupt Symposium, Website and Magazine that I worked on independently.

Disrupt, organised by Sara Kolata, is a symposium focusing on the business of architecture. Every year, two to three events are organised worldwide or online, featuring speakers from industry-leading studios and firms, 'looking to bring all major architecture practices under one roof to talk about ways in which they strategise for growth and success'.

The initiative offers on-demand video interviews, workshop for further development, and a magazine that includes interviews with past speakers and supporting materials.

The visual identity revolves around the concept of disruption. Graphic design, in this context, can be thought of as the architecture of the two-dimensional space. Thus, in reference to layout principles, the identity aims to create a disruptive visual language, organising and composing visual elements to generate new spaces in an architectural manner.
